Description: I am the grandson of Henry Marcus Harding Sr. I believe he was born in August 1905 (I will try to obtain his correct DOB), and passed away about a week before his 99th birthday. His wife was Mary Elizabeth Harding (Flournoy). She was born in approximately 1907. They both were born and grew up in the area around Nathalie, Virginia (near Danville). They lived most of their lives in Mechanicsville, VA, outside Richmond. ADDENDUM to previously submitted information about Henry Marcus Harding, Sr. (I am Henry Marcus Harding, III) Henry and his wife, Mary, had three children. You have one of them listed already: my father, Henry Marcus Harding, Jr. (born 1933). They also had two daughters. Their eldest child was named Elizabeth and went by the nickname "Libby". She was married to John LeRoy of Richmond, VA. They had five children: David, Margo, Gail, Susan and John Basil ("JB"). Their next oldest child was Mary Anne ("Manny"). She was married to Patrick Eugene Moran (born in Front Royal, VA). They had six boys: Eugene (Gene), Kevin, Timothy (Tim), Brian, Jeff, and Daryl.
